Each vehicle in our fleet undergoes daily mechanical inspection and is insured under fully-comprehensive coverage including third-party liability up to USD 2 million per incident.
Service standards
Our chauffeurs hold professional commercial driving licenses (SIM A2 Umum) plus tourism hospitality certification from the Indonesian Tourism Ministry. English-speaking drivers are available for all bookings at no extra charge. Mandarin, Russian, and Arabic-speaking drivers can be requested with 24-hour advance notice for an additional USD 50 per day. All vehicles carry first-aid kits, bottled water, premium WiFi hotspot, and complimentary mineral water.
Booking and cancellation policy
Same-day bookings accepted subject to fleet availability. Pre-booking 48-72 hours ahead guarantees vehicle and chauffeur of choice. Cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup receives full refund minus 5 percent payment processing fee. Less than 48-hour cancellation forfeits 50 percent of total. No-show is non-refundable.
