For a true Bali luxury car rental price breakdown: expect USD 180–450/day for premium sedans and SUVs with driver, USD 600–2,500/day for exotic models, plus roughly USD 15–40/day for fuel, USD 1–10/day in tolls, and USD 1–15/day for parking depending on whether you visit Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua or Ngurah Rai (DPS).
Core rental price: what you really pay for the car
Kencana Drive is positioned for guests who want clarity before they land at Ngurah Rai (DPS). For our Bali luxury and exotic fleet booked via Bali Premium Trip, typical daily base rates (with professional chauffeur for up to 10–12 hours) are:
- Premium sedans (e.g. executive German sedans): USD 180–260/day for Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu or Ubud-based itineraries.
- Luxury MPVs/vans (e.g. high-spec Japanese MPVs): USD 160–230/day, popular for families staying in Canggu, Seminyak or Nusa Dua.
- Luxury SUVs (European marques, non-supercar): USD 220–350/day, ideal for Uluwatu cliff resorts or mixed Ubud + South Bali schedules.
- Exotic/super sports cars (e.g. selected models from Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce): generally USD 600–2,500/day depending on model, mileage cap and usage (weddings, short joy rides, VIP transfers).
These base prices typically include:
- Vehicle hire in pristine, recent-model condition.
- English-speaking chauffeur for 10 hours/day (overtime by the hour).
- Standard passenger insurance and routine maintenance.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off across most of South Bali (Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur) and central Ubud.
What they do not automatically include everywhere in Bali are variable trip costs: fuel, tolls and parking. Those three lines are where many visitors get caught. This guide walks through each so you know precisely how to budget or compare offers – including our detailed price analysis for 2027 bookings.
Fuel in Bali: real daily costs for luxury and exotic cars
Fuel is the most misunderstood component of a Bali luxury car rental price breakdown. Indonesia subsidises certain fuel types, but premium luxury cars and supercars usually run on higher-octane fuels, which cost more. As of late 2025–early 2026, you should plan on:
- High-octane petrol suitable for performance and luxury engines: roughly USD 0.85–1.15 per litre (IDR 13,000–18,000, depending on type and station).
- Typical daily mileage for a guest staying in Seminyak or Canggu is 40–80 km/day if you are visiting nearby cafes, beach clubs and one major evening venue.
- Guests splitting time between Ubud, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua can easily reach 90–150 km/day due to cross-island driving.
Approximate daily fuel budgets by trip pattern for a chauffeured luxury sedan or SUV:
- Compact South Bali day (Seminyak & Canggu only): USD 10–18/day in fuel.
- South Bali loop (Seminyak – Uluwatu – Jimbaran – back): USD 15–25/day.
- Mixed Ubud + South Bali (Ubud – Seminyak – Canggu – Uluwatu rotation): USD 20–35/day.
- Exotic/supercar limited routes (short-time chauffeur experiences, wedding photos, airport transfers): usually USD 15–40/day in fuel, as usage is tightly controlled.
For longer stays, we often quote a transparent fuel estimate alongside the car rate. If your itinerary changes (for example, you decide to add a spontaneous Ubud day from Nusa Dua), the fuel line will adjust, but you can expect it to stay within the ranges above unless you are doing continuous island-wide touring.
Guests looking to minimise fuel spend increasingly ask about EVs. Our expanding EV fleet is detailed in our Bali electric car rental overview and in the more future-focused EV luxury selection guide. For those vehicles, charging rather than petrol becomes the variable, and we quote that separately depending on your hotel’s infrastructure.
Tolls in Bali: Mandara toll road and future projects
Bali does not have an extensive toll network yet. The primary toll that matters for our guests is the Bali Mandara Toll Road between Ngurah Rai (DPS), Nusa Dua and Benoa. It is a strategic route if you are staying in:
- Nusa Dua (ITDC resort zone and surrounding villas).
- Jimbaran (especially east Jimbaran and Four Seasons/Balangan access).
- Some Sanur and Benoa Harbour cruise departures.
Typical toll costs (for the vehicle class we use for luxury fleets) are approximately:
- USD 0.70–1.10 per crossing (IDR ~11,000–17,000) today, subject to government adjustments.
- Return airport transfers using the toll usually incur USD 1.40–2.20 total in tolls.
- Daily commuting between Nusa Dua and Seminyak/Canggu using the toll may add USD 1.50–3.00/day depending on route.
Most Kencana Drive bookings either:
- Itemise toll fees at actual cost on your final bill, or
- Bundle “all tolls included” for fixed airport and Nusa Dua corporate transfers (particularly for guests booking through our luxury transport services or corporate programmes).
For guests staying primarily in Ubud, central Seminyak, Canggu or Uluwatu, tolls are often zero or negligible over the entire stay. If another operator quotes a suspiciously high “toll package” for a Canggu-only holiday, that is a red flag.
Parking fees: hotels, beach clubs, temples and Ubud day trips
Bali parking charges are small individually, but they add up if you are visiting multiple venues in a day. Your chauffeur will handle payments; on your invoice, we either show a logged total or include a daily parking allowance, depending on the agreement. Practical ranges:
- Airport (Ngurah Rai – DPS): parking for greeting and waiting generally costs USD 0.70–2.00 per visit, which we absorb for most VIP arrival services and chauffeured airport packages.
- Hotels & resorts in Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua: many 5-star properties waive parking or charge USD 0.30–1.50 for short stays. For in-house guests, the fee is typically waived.
- Beach clubs & restaurants (Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Uluwatu): expect USD 0.35–1.50 per stop for the vehicle, regardless of passenger count.
- Tourist attractions & temples (Uluwatu Temple, Tanah Lot, Tirta Empul near Ubud, Tegenungan Waterfall): vehicle parking usually sits in the USD 0.35–1.75 range per site.
- Central Ubud parking areas: structured/managed parking in and around Monkey Forest Road and the palace market area can reach around USD 1.00–2.50 for longer stays.
Across a normal sightseeing day visiting Ubud from Seminyak or Nusa Dua, budget:
- USD 3–8/day in total parking for 3–5 stops.
- For shorter “shopping and dinner” evenings in Seminyak or Canggu, USD 1–3 is typical.
For most chauffeur-driven bookings, parking is a small percentage of your total spend. On a USD 250/day premium sedan with driver, it usually stays within 1–3% of the total daily cost.
Putting it together: realistic daily totals by itinerary
To give you practical figures for planning, here is how fuel, tolls and parking typically sit alongside your core Bali luxury car rental cost with Kencana Drive for different styles of trips.
1. Seminyak or Canggu-based holiday (5–7 days)
- Vehicle: premium sedan or luxury MPV with chauffeur at USD 180–230/day.
- Fuel: USD 10–18/day for local exploring with one or two longer drives.
- Tolls: usually USD 0 (unless you add Nusa Dua or specific Mandara Toll routing).
- Parking: USD 1–3/day.
- Realistic all-in daily ground transport range: USD 195–250/day.
For deeper area notes, see our Seminyak and Canggu spotlight articles.
2. Uluwatu + Nusa Dua resort stay (3–5 days)
- Vehicle: luxury SUV or sedan with chauffeur at USD 220–320/day.
- Fuel: USD 15–25/day (airport, dinners in Seminyak or Jimbaran, Ubud day trip).
- Tolls: USD 1.50–3.00/day average if you are crossing the Mandara Toll regularly.
- Parking: USD 2–5/day (beach clubs, Uluwatu Temple, Ubud stops).
- Realistic all-in daily range: USD 240–350/day.
If you’re focused on this area, we maintain a dedicated Uluwatu transport guide with more precise time and route estimates.
3. Mixed Ubud + South Bali itinerary (7–10 days)
- Vehicle: premium sedan or SUV with chauffeur at USD 200–320/day depending on model.
- Fuel: USD 20–35/day because of repeated cross-region drives.
- Tolls: 0–2 USD/day depending on Nusa Dua or Benoa harbour usage.
- Parking: USD 3–8/day (Ubud attractions + coastal stops).
- Realistic all-in daily range: USD 225–360/day.
Guests planning side trips, including Komodo or private yacht charters, often link this with a transfer to Flores – our Bali to Labuan Bajo guide and Labuan Bajo luxury cruise overview explain how we coordinate the car component with domestic flights and harbour timings.
4. Exotic/supercar experience days
- Vehicle: exotic model with chauffeur at USD 600–2,500/day depending on make/model and hours.
- Fuel: USD 15–40/day, rarely the deciding factor.
- Tolls: usually USD 0–3/day, depending on itinerary.
- Parking: USD 2–5/day on scenic or event-based routes.
- Realistic all-in daily range: USD 620–2,550/day, with fuel, tolls and parking together usually under 5–7% of the total.

How Kencana Drive presents fuel, tolls and parking on your quote
To avoid surprises, Kencana Drive structures your Bali luxury car rental price breakdown in a way that separates the controllable (vehicle choice and hours) from the variable (fuel, tolls, parking):
- Base package: clearly stated daily rate for the car with driver, specified hours, overtime rate, and included kilometres if any cap applies.
- Fuel: either an estimated daily range based on your stated itinerary (Seminyak-only, Canggu + Uluwatu, multi-day Ubud, etc.), or a fixed “fuel included” option for more predictable, compact stays.
- Tolls: shown only where they are likely to apply (Nusa Dua resorts, Benoa Harbour, some airport runs). We do not pad toll costs for non-toll routes.
- Parking: normally itemised at cost or given as a modest per-day estimate. For high-touch chauffeured services, we may absorb minor parking fees at selected hotels and restaurants.
Guests who prefer a single, fixed daily figure can request an “all-inclusive with reasonable usage” quote, where fuel, standard tolls and parking are rolled into one capped daily rate, backed by mileage and time assumptions.
